Below you will find the most important rules and conditions that you accept when using our website and placing an order.

1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for concluding and performing agreements for the sale of physical products offered by the Seller via the online store.
  2. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
  3. The Seller offers customized products made to order, tailored to the Customer’s specifications and preferences.

3. Orders

  1. Orders may be placed online 24/7 through the Seller’s website.
  2. The agreement is concluded at the moment the Customer confirms the order and completes payment (or selects a valid payment method).
  3. The Customer is responsible for providing correct and complete information necessary to fulfil the order and delivery.

4. Custom-Made Products (No Returns)

  1. All products offered by the Seller are custom-made and produced on individual request, based on the Customer’s order details.
  2. Due to the personalized nature of the products, returns, exchanges, and withdrawal from the contract are not accepted, except where the product is defective or incorrectly made by the Seller.
  3. The Customer acknowledges that by ordering custom-made products, they waive the right to return the goods for reasons such as wrong size choice, personal preference, or change of mind.

5. Delivery Time & Delays

  1. The estimated delivery time consists of two stages:
    1. Production time: typically 1–10 business days (depending on order volume and the complexity of the custom product).
    2. Shipping time: typically 1–2 business days from dispatch, as declared by the carrier (deliveries are made on business days only).
  2. All delivery times provided on the website or in communication are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  3. The Seller shall not be held liable for any delays, missed deliveries, or failure to deliver within the estimated timeframe, regardless of the cause, including delays or operational issues attributable to the courier company.
  4. This includes, but is not limited to:
    1. courier delays, disruptions, or logistical issues,
    2. the courier failing to collect the parcel despite a pickup request being placed,
    3. missed delivery attempts, incorrect routing, or sorting errors,
    4. force majeure events (e.g. severe weather, strikes, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances).
  5. The Customer accepts the risk of courier-related delays and acknowledges that delivery time may be extended due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
  6. Courier-related delays do not constitute grounds for compensation, refunds, order cancellation, or product return, as all products are custom-made to order.

6. Complaints & Defective Products

  1. If the product is delivered defective, damaged due to production issues, or incorrectly made (not in accordance with the order specification), the Customer has the right to submit a complaint.
  2. In such cases, the Seller will first attempt to resolve the issue by:
    1. repairing the product, or
    2. correcting the defect / remaking the product if repair is not possible.
  3. The Seller does not accept complaints arising from Customer mistakes in the order details (e.g., incorrect size selection, incorrect personalisation details provided by the Customer).
  4. Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to the contact address provided on the website, including:
    1. order number,
    2. description of the issue,
    3. photos showing the defect (recommended).

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect losses or damages resulting from delayed delivery or courier-related issues.
  2. The Seller’s responsibility is limited to the production of the ordered custom product and dispatching it properly.

8. Final Provisions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions for important reasons such as changes in law, payment methods, delivery methods, or business operations.
  2. The version of the Terms & Conditions valid at the time of placing an order applies to that order.
  3. In matters not regulated herein, applicable Polish law shall apply.
