Good for Couples. Good for Big Groups. As its a private Appartment, the reception at the building cannot help much. Location, setting, linen and all facilities inside are perfect for a small family on a short trip. How can I miss the nice warm Swimming pool and Gym. It was rain and had to sit outside the building until we arrived I tried to phone prior to catching my flight out phoned 4 times no answer The staff member had left by time checked in the other staff members when I checked in and for the rest time were great and helpful The apartment seemed clean mat in lounge grubby tried using vac made more mess.
No dishwasher tablets no hand wash in bathrooms As I do with every where I stay I stripped our bed and was horrified no mattress protector and the mattress was stained it was a mess would not stay again. Facilities great staff mostly great and helpful. Small double beds, otherwise perfect! It would have been very helpful, if the owner had their property clearly marked, and then we would have known what was for general use.
Every cupboard had owner things in it as well- well we presume it was owner. A small sign - how to use the air-conditioning would have been helpful. No dishwashing liquid. We are not going to buy that for 7 day stay.

Having advised the property we were on an early flight, and could wee leave our bags until 2pm check out. There was no possibility for this. When I phoned Juliet, I could not get through! The concierge eventually phoned her and we were allowed to leave our bags in the room, before it was cleaned. A blind in main bedroom would not go up. The coffee machine would not work. Some elements on the stove would not catch. No full length mirror. Bathroom mirrors poorly lit and smoky glass - difficult to apply makeup. Beautiful apartment with amazing facilities! All in all I think it was great and there is nothing that I disliked. The location was perfect for us as our cousin owns one of the units on the ground floor so it was extremely convenient. We only had one key between four guests so it was extremely difficult to access amenities such as the pool on the 7th floor and coming and going from the apartment was difficult when not together as you needed the key to enter, use the lifts and access all facilities.
Great facilities, great location, plenty of room with everything you needed. The air con was broken several days prior to arrival but we were never told and given a choice to continue to stay or leave. It took 2 days into stay for air con to be fixed. First night couldn't sleep because it was so hot.
We needed the sofa bed and it was not really a sofa bed but more a pull out ottoman that was not very comfortable. We asked for extra towels and linen but it was not until the second night we finally got told where they were stored and given some. The explanation for the air con was we would be alright as they left us a pedestal fan, but this was so noisy and could not cover lounge, and 2 rooms. They said they would deliver 2 more fans but they never came. Would of liked 2 access keys for more convenience.
